This is a basic sauna with a good heater. Easy to put together (look at directions inside the front panel of heater because it was only getting to 90 degrees when we followed the book. The directions inside have it weird a little different. Gets up to 170 in about 30 minutes now. ) Gets hot and makes you sweat!
It is a strong and sturdy canopy. We always get this when we need to replace our old one.
The shelter took a bit longer than expected to construct (lots of parts), follow the picture instructions, easy to work page by page. Seems like a nice shelter, we shall see how long it lasts.

I've had to replace the seat twice in 5 years. First time the slow-close mechanism cracked, leaking mineral oil. Second time one of the plastic flanges holding the seat down broke free. I've bought two more now that I know they'll just keep breaking. They look fine, are comfortable etc., but they're cheaply made. Get a couple spares, you'll need them.
Doesn't fit our cabinet space and they don't accept any returns from this brand so we're stuck with it... Little disappointing

My order wasn’t in stock when I ordered and this company emailed me right away and gave me the option of waiting or getting a refund. I elected to wait a couple weeks and this company kept in contract with me. I’d definitely recommend this company. As far as the shelter, I haven’t put it up yet but it looks good quality.
Such a wonderful treat. This was my very first time in a sauna and it makes me feel so good. I would very much recommend the product. I checked with my doctor before I purchased to confirm it would be good for me and he told me that I could benefit from one. So happy I bought the Therasage Thera 360 Plus.

Looked as great as I imagined but it doesn’t contour w my range hood. I could tell the moment I took it out the box. I’m hoping to return it this weekend, I hope not to take the financial penalty but what can I do with the shell? I did see a range hood I plan to inquire about depending how this return goes, thanks!
We've had this oven for over a year and it's never worked properly. I've worked through Hallman on various issues but it continues to break every few months. I went to turn on the oven last night after preparing enchiladas and the oven wouldn't turn on again as the igniter isn't working again. I did purchase the 3 year warranty so will be going through CPS for the new issue. Do NOT buy this product. Hallman has been a nightmare to work with and the oven/range has taken the joy out of cooking.
Canopy arrived when expected, not long after ordering with alerts along the way. All parts were in the box. My husband assembled it and raised the canopy by himself. It's quite sturdy and should last for years.
I am very happy with results of my relationship with company. I’ve got the service and product I expected to have. The shipment and delivery occurred much faster than promised.
The only thing which could be improved is a customer service. Although I have been getting the prompt responses from the representative by email I had never been able to talk over the phone. On my opinion providing the customer service over the phone is necessary to establish trustworthy business. Other than that everything was just perfect and i am very happy.
