Shipping & Delivery
- We offer free shipping on all orders delivered by AM Trucking, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or other similar couriers.
- We aim to provide customers their items as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary to do courier delays, which is completely out of our control.
- Large appliances, such as ranges, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc., are curbside shipping. This means the carrier will drop it off on your property but will not deliver inside your home, porch, garage, kitchen, etc.
- Smaller products and small appliances are shipped via FedEx Ground or similar courier. They will be dropped off at your home and no signature is required.
- Change Shipping Address: Once an order is staged for shipping, or shipped, the address cannot be changed. In some cases, we may be able to change the shipping address for a fee. The fee is determined by the courier, and can range from $150-500+ depending on the courier.
- Once an order has been processed (3 business days) a restocking fee will apply for any and all cancelled orders. Shipping delays may occur that are out of our control - this does not constitute an exception to the restocking fee.
Large Shipments via Freight Shipments / LTL (Appliances, Saunas, etc)
- Large products are shipped via Freight / LTL Shipments.
- Large appliances includes, but not limited to: ranges, large saunas, furniture, refrigerators, dishwashers, grills, etc.
- The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. A person, 18-years or older, must be available at the time of delivery to sign and accept the shipment.
- Additional charges may apply for reschedule deliveries, or if the shipment is refused without a valid reason. These rates are determined by the courier company.
- Shipments that are refused will be sent back to the warehouse and automatically treated as a return. A restocking fee will apply. Please see our return policy for more information.
Ground Shipments (Smaller Items)
- Smaller appliances and products will be shipped via FedEx ground or similar courier.
- Smaller appliances include, but not limited to, Portable Saunas, Toilets, Some Vanities, Microwaves, Range Hoods, etc.
- A signature will not be required and the courier will leave it on your property, typically at or near your front door.
- Tracking number(s) are provided via email within 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed, or after the warehouse processing date.
- Items shipped via FedEx Ground, or similar courier, may take up to 5 business days after processing date.
- Items shipped via FedEx Freight, or similar freight carriers, may take 7 business days after processing date.
- Free shipping applies to the 48 continental/contiguous United States.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, United States Virgin Islands, any outlining mainland USA islands.
- Before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver, please carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage.
- Open the boxes and inspect the products (Vanity Countertops, Chimney Pieces, etc.) for damages or missing parts.
- If damages are found, please take photos of the damage. Reject the shipment and ask the driver to take it back, and note the damages on the Delivery Bill.
- If you accepted the delivery and find the damage later - email us with your order number and photos of the damage at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Damaged items will be replaced or repaired depending on the product and severity of the damage, at the discretion of the shipping company. After 24 Hours damage replacements may be denied.
