Red Light Therapy

This sauna includes a special Red Light Therapy feature. Studies have shown that light in the red and near-infrared spectrum contains many beneficial components to the human body. Red light can easily penetrate the body tissue from a specific wavelength of 620-660nm within a short distance of the body.

The component of light effectively activates blood cells so that the inner wall absorbs photons and converts them into internal energy to improve the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood. It is well absorbed and can promote recovery from muscle damage, treat joint pain, improve blood fluidity immunity, and accelerate tissue healing. While the assembly process will take a minimum of 2 people, we're not joking when we say it's possible to assemble 2-person units in 45-minutes. Larger units may take more time and require an extra person, but our saunas are made with you in mind for DIY sauna assembly.
