The Commercial Series 105 Gas Griddle with 6mm Plate is designed for high-performance cooking in indoor & commercial environments. Featuring a Triple Plated Cooking Plate with a 6mm thickness and the Texas Sea Glass Matte Finish Cooking Surface, this griddle delivers even heat distribution and exceptional cooking performance across the entire cooking surface.

Constructed with a 304 Stainless steel housing and a 304 Stainless steel cooking surface with cast-iron with New Aluminum base plate, it provides durability while allowing even heat over the entire cooking surface. Powered by 3 U-Shape stainless steel burners producing a total of 27,000 BTU's, the unit includes a NEW Push Button Ignition System, New Hidden Grease Tray, NEW Removable / Dishwasher-Safe grease tray, and Improved Internal gas combustion for efficient operation and easy cleanup.

For enhanced safety, the griddle includes 3 safety valves with thermocouples that cut off the gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction. Compatible with both Natural gas or Propane gas, it includes opposite gas orifices for gas conversion, a 3/8" Male flare gas inlet fitting, and is Made in the USA.
