Featuring a 3mm triple plated cooking plate with the new Texas Sea Glass Matte Finish Cooking Surface, this griddle delivers even heat distribution and exceptional cooking performance.
Built with a 304 stainless steel housing and a 304 stainless steel cooking surface with cast-iron with New Aluminum base plate, it offers durability and consistent cooking across the entire surface. Powered by 1 U-Shape stainless steel burner producing 9,000 BTU's, the griddle includes Push & Spark Ignition, Multicolor backlit Control Knobs, Logo Projector, Halogen Light, and a New Hidden Grease Tray with Fold-down door for added convenience.
Additional features include a NEW Removable / Dishwasher-Safe grease tray, Improved Internal gas combustion, and a safety valve with thermocouple that cuts off the gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction. The unit supports both Natural gas or Propane gas, includes opposite gas orifices for gas conversion, requires 110v (Transformer Included), and is Made in the USA.
