Featuring a 3mm Triple Plated Cooking Plate with the new Texas Sea Glass Matte Finish Cooking Surface, this griddle delivers even heat distribution and exceptional cooking performance.
Built with a 304 Stainless steel housing and a 304 Stainless steel cooking surface with cast-iron with New Aluminum base plate, it provides outstanding durability while allowing even heat over the entire cooking surface. Powered by 2 U-Shape stainless steel burners producing a total of 18,000 BTU's, the griddle includes Push & Spark Ignition, Multicolor backlit Control Knobs, Logo Projector, Halogen lights, and a New Hidden Grease Tray with Fold-down door for enhanced convenience.
Additional features include a NEW Removable / Dishwasher-Safe grease tray, Improved Internal gas combustion, and 2 safety valves with thermocouples to cut off the gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction.
