The Commercial Series 75 Gas Griddle with 3mm Plate is built to deliver dependable performance for indoor, outdoor and commercial use. Featuring a 3mm cooking plate with the NEW Texas Sea Glass Matte cooking surface finish, this griddle provides even heat distribution and outstanding cooking results across the entire cooking surface.
Constructed with a 304 Stainless steel housing and a 304 Stainless steel cooking surface with cast-iron with New Aluminum base plate, it ensures durability and efficient heat transfer. Powered by 2 U-Shape stainless steel burners producing a total of 18,000 BTU's, the unit features a NEW Push Button Ignition System, NEW Removable / Dishwasher-Safe grease tray, and a Cooking plate with holes for grease disposal for easy operation and cleanup.
For added safety, the griddle includes 2 safety valves with thermocouples to cut off the gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction. Compatible with both Natural gas or Propane gas, it includes opposite gas orifices for gas conversion, a 3/8" Male flare gas inlet fitting, and is Made in the USA.
Notice - Outdoor Installations - If installing this unit into a cabinet, the cabinet must made of a non-combustible material or an insulation liner must be used. See GFLINER75. This appliance may also be placed on a non-combustible surface or the optional portable cart. See GFCART75.
