The Pro Series 105 Gas Griddle with 3mm Plate is built for exceptional performance with a premium 3mm cooking plate and professional-grade construction. Designed for indoor, outdoor and commercial use, this griddle features a 304 Stainless steel housing and a 304 Stainless steel cooking surface with cast-iron with New Aluminum base plate, allowing even heat over the entire cooking surface.
Powered by 3 U-Shape stainless steel burners delivering a total of 27,000 BTU's, the griddle includes NEW Backlit control knobs, NEW Le Griddle brand LED projection, NEW Halogen lights, NEW Push & Spark ignition, and a NEW Texas Sea Glass Matte cooking surface finish for enhanced performance and convenience. The NEW Removable / Dishwasher-Safe grease tray and Cooking plate with holes for grease disposal make cleanup simple and efficient.
For added safety, the unit includes 3 safety valves with thermocouples that cut off the gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction. Compatible with both Natural gas or Propane gas, it includes opposite gas orifices for gas conversion, a 3/8" Male flare gas inlet fitting, requires 110v (Transformer Included), and is Made in the USA.
Notice - Outdoor Installation - If installing this unit into a cabinet, the cabinet must made of a non-combustible material or an insulation liner must be used.
