The Pro Series 75 Gas Griddle with 6mm Plate is engineered for exceptional performance with a premium 6mm cooking plate and professional-grade construction. Designed for indoor, outdoor and commercial use, this griddle features a 304 Stainless steel housing and a 304 Stainless steel cooking surface with cast-iron with New Aluminum base plate, allowing even heat over the entire cooking surface.
Powered by 2 U-Shape stainless steel burners delivering a total of 18,000 BTU's, the griddle is equipped with Push & Spark ignition, NEW Backlit control knobs, Le Griddle brand LED projection, Halogen lights, and a NEW Texas Sea Glass Matte cooking surface finish. The NEW Removable / Dishwasher-Safe grease tray and Cooking plate with hole for grease disposal make cleanup quick and convenient.
For added safety, the unit includes 2 safety valves with thermocouples to cut off the gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction. Compatible with both Natural gas or Propane gas, it includes opposite gas orifices for gas conversion, a 3/8" Male flare gas inlet fitting, requires 110v (Transformer Included), and is Made in the USA.
